Helped 2 ladies check their car - Day 126 (Monday)

After finishing our grocery shopping, we saw 2 ladies stuck in the car parking lot trying to open the hood of the car. My husband and I approached them and offered to help. We go their hood opened as it was too tight for them and helped them check the car to see if there was any issue. They thought something was on fire , but it was not that bad. We offered further help, but then they were good after that. We left the place making them smile. 

Got a bouquet for a friend - Day 125 (Sunday)

Got a bouquet for a Spanish friend for the Cinco De Mayo celebration. They love celebrating festivals and we love being a part of it . Just to get more colour to their happiness, we got them a colourful bouquet.

Coffee with a dear friend - Day 124 (Saturday)

Went for a coffee with a dear friend after a very long time, to catch up with all that we have missed. It was really nice seeing her and shared great times together.

Get well soon card - Day 123 (Friday)

Wrote a great message for a "Get well soon"card for a colleague at work. Made sure the funny message would bring a smile on his face and would make him feel we are all around him if need be.

Thanked my dietician/teacher - Day 122 (Thursday)

Thanked my dietician/teacher for helping me get healthy and starting me on a very healthy diet. Wrote an email and thanked her for everything she did for me and genuinely appreciated her knowledge and expertise in healthy food.

Went for a walk - Day 121

With the weather becoming better here in Ottawa, we went for a walk on a trail. My husband needed some walk and fresh air. We both took a nice long walk, took some beautiful pictures and really appreciated the beauty of our summer. 

Guided my student in India - Day 120

Helped my old student in India, who needed help regarding system admin job. Gave him resources to look into, guided him in the direction where he can learn and grow. Showed him the best ways to get into the job market here in North America. Took an hour out of my schedule and chatted with him answering all his questions about foreign studies and getting a job here. 

Complimented a couple - Day 119

Complimented a lovely couple whose dance we saw in a video. They did an amazing job , we just loved it . Complimented them in a a group chat and praised them for their charming and adorable attitude. 

Helped a relative move - Day 118

Helped a relative move from her existing location to a new one. It was so much and we all enjoyed moving them.

Resolved an issue - Day 117

Resolved an important issue for someone.
