Helped this customer setup what she wanted and then went beyond regular support and helped her fix couple more issues. Took care of her and made sure she was comfortable. Educated her so that she can help herself in future. Stayed with her all the time until her issue was fully taken care of and till she verified she was happy. By the time I was done, she was super happy with the help provided and loved the education she received.
